Your parcels are lovingly hand packed by us both from Cornish Milk HQ based in Cornwall and delivered straight to your door, hassle free. 

We offer a standard home delivery service by courier using DPD Local. Deliveries are made within DPD Local’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays, unless DPD Local arrange with you to make a weekend delivery. 

Our rates vary depending on the weight off your total cart. 

Smaller items start from Free delivery and increase up to a maximum of £6.00. 

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 3-5 working days delivery coming into effect then. 

We do use DPD Local as our courier and all orders are shipped via next working day delivery, once parcels have been collected from Cornish Milk HQ, DPD Local will keep you informed via your consignment number and by email/text message if you have included this information when placing your order.  

Sometimes DPD Local are not able to collect parcels from Cornish Milk HQ due to circumstances out of our control, DPD Local will keep you up to date via your tracking consignment number. 

If you’d like to return your unopened and unused purchase from Cornish Milk Mineral Paint, please follow the instructions below. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been opened or used. You can return any unopened items within 21 days of purchase.

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above. We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we will not refund items that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Make sure all retuning items are protected correctly! 

Alternatively, we can set up a return service where you drop your order to a DPD Local drop off zone in your local community, which we can arrange. This will incur a standard charge of £10.00, which will be deducted from the cost of your refund. For more information on this please contact us. 

Your right to return goods is protected under The Consumer Rights Directive (CRD). CRD is an EU measure that gives consumers extra rights when buying in the UK and the EU. All EU members have agreed to it. 

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give Joe a call at Cornish Milk HQ ASAP. If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive your refund minus cost of delivery charge on returning your order to us. 

eGift Cards are non-refundable.
